Our Path
Professional Counselling (Ages 10+)
Life doesn’t come with a roadmap, and sometimes, having the right support can make all the difference. At Stellara Therapy Co., we offer professional counselling for individuals 10 and up who want to better understand themselves, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, counselling provides a space to work through it, without judgment. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, Narrative Therapy, DBT-informed skills, and attachment-focused care, sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Meet Alyssa Cole, Founder of Stellara Therapy Co.
Alyssa Cole is a counselling therapist (CT) who has worked with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and challenges with focus, motivation, and daily functioning. Many of the individuals she has supported are teens who experience anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum differences (ASD), trauma, emotional regulation difficulties - including personality disorders, and executive functioning challenges that can impact school, relationships, and confidence.
Alyssa also works with adults managing anxiety, ADHD, depression, insomnia, trauma and periods of burnout or major life transitions, including healthcare professionals who are balancing high-pressure careers with their own mental wellbeing.
Alyssa's approach with Stellara Therapy Co. is grounded in recognizing the person first and then supported with evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Attachment Therapy, trauma-informed care, and strength-based approaches. She focuses on helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical tools and strategies they can apply in every day life.
