Individual Counselling Session
Standard 50-minute individual session for ages 10 and up
$185 / session
Extended Individual Counselling Session
80-minute individual sessions for those who require a bit more time
$260/ session
Sliding Scale Counselling
We offer a limited number of spots at a sliding scale rate for individual counselling services. Please reach to check availability and eligibility

A 6 week group program designed for skill building. Sessions run weekly for 1 hour. The next group will start May 06, 2026 from 6pm-7pm MST.
