At Stellara Therapy Co., we recognize that mental health growth often requires more than traditional counselling. In addition to individual sessions, we offer structured skill-building programs through the Stellara Skills Lab.
These sessions are designed to help teens and adults learn practical strategies for emotional regulation, self-understanding, and everyday resilience, which helps to support meaningful growth.

Individual Counselling Session
Standard 50-minute individual sessions.... waitlist option available at this time

Stellara Skills Lab for Adults (18+)
Stellara Skills Lab is available for B.C residents only at this time to provide 1:1 coaching. Optional booking for 30 minutes or 1 hour sessions.

Stellara Teens Skill Lab (13-17 years old)
A 6 week group program designed for skill building. Sessions run weekly for 1 hour. The next group will start May 06, 2026 from 6pm-7pm MST.

Stellara Executive Functioning Lab for Teens (13-17 years old)
A 6 week group program designed for developing executive functioning skills. Sessions run weekly for 1 hour. The next group will start May 03, 2026 from 4pm-5pm MST.
